When you have had enough of your life in your home that you live normally and jet off to your second home that you have in sunny Spain!

Okay so not all people have the money to actually buy one of these for themselves I mean after all, once you have gone out and bought the home itself you will still need to go after something like overseas property insurance to make sure that if something does go wrong you do not lose the lot.
